These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AntiClathe Tours, a company registered in Vienna, Austria. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting to this page.

This website provides information about our tour services in Austria. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about and book tours.

Acceptable Use

Booking Terms

Making a Booking

Tour bookings are confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via email. Until that point, availability is not guaranteed. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak travel seasons.

Payment

Prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is typically required at the time of booking or according to terms specified in your booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.

All financial transactions are processed securely through reputable payment providers.

Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days in advance receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour are non-refundable

To cancel, contact us at [email protected] with your booking reference. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your tour date, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes subject to guide availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the tour may not be possible.

Weather-Related Cancellations

For outdoor tours, safety is our priority. If weather conditions become dangerous, we will cancel or postpone the tour. In such cases, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.

Tour Participation

Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring you're physically capable of participating in your chosen tour. Some tours involve walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, or hiking. If you have health concerns, mobility limitations, or other needs, inform us when booking so we can advise on suitability.

Follow all safety instructions provided by guides. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Conduct

We expect courteous behavior toward guides and other participants. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.

Minors

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor's safety and conduct during the tour.

Liability and Disclaimers

Assumption of Risk

Participating in tours involves inherent risks. While we take reasonable precautions, you acknowledge that activities such as walking, hiking, and traveling carry risks of injury or property damage.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Austrian law, AntiClathe Tours is not liable for:

• Injuries or losses resulting from your own actions or negligence
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Delays or cancellations due to weather, transportation issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tour in question.

These limitations do not affect rights under Austrian consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.

Insurance

We maintain appropriate liability insurance for our business operations. We recommend travelers obtain their own travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by AntiClathe Tours or used with permission. It is protected by Austrian and international copyright laws.

You may view and print content for personal use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

Photography and Image Rights

During tours, guides or other participants may take photographs. By participating, you consent to appearing in such photographs and their potential use in our marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, inform your guide at the start of the tour.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external sites for convenience or additional information. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Privacy

Governing Law and Disputes
